I guided our compositing team in achieving the final look of the commercial, as well as comping a few shots. Initially we delivered a 30" spot, and later extended it to a 60".

Some Breakdowns

https://vermaak.tv/work/2026-qatar-airways-wc/ Wed, 10 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2026-qatar-airways-wc/
Info

We generated the visuals for Qatar Airways’ FIFA 2026 spot, building the 3d environments and shots for the establishing and closing shots, stadium set extentions, and comped. I supervised our comp team on technical challenges, built the workflows for projecting matte paintings onto geo and worked with the 3d team to create the elements needed for getting through these comp heavy shots in a very short time. I also got to comp 2 shots!
https://vermaak.tv/work/2026-visit-qatar/ Wed, 11 Mar 2026 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2026-visit-qatar/
Info

We had the privilege of working on Visit Qatar’s international tourism campaign in 2025, which features an inspiring lineup of global icons including Hande Erçel, Sir David Beckham, Sir Mo Farah, Ons Jabeur, Anirudh Ravichander and Chef Nobu.

Besides managing the pipeline, colour and data, I supervised the comp team’s technical work, supported them in any difficult tracks, plates or cleanups, and comped a shot or two. I also liaised with editorial throughout the project, from previs to final delivery of the spot.
https://vermaak.tv/work/2025-kings-of-joburg-s3/ Mon, 02 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2025-kings-of-joburg-s3/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2026-everydog/ Sun, 23 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2026-everydog/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2023-kings-of-joburg/ Wed, 13 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2023-kings-of-joburg/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2023-pou/ Wed, 20 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2023-pou/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2023-headspace/ Fri, 15 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2023-headspace/
This is the film we started in 2020, and finished in 2023.

More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2022-shaka-ilembe/ Thu, 22 Sep 2022 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2022-shaka-ilembe/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2019-gwk/ Tue, 29 Oct 2019 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2019-gwk/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2018-frank-and-fearless/ Mon, 12 Nov 2018 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2018-frank-and-fearless/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2018-avbob/ Sat, 15 Sep 2018 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2018-avbob/
A commercial we did for AVBOB.

More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2018-love-on-safari/ Tue, 17 Jul 2018 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2018-love-on-safari/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2016-of-kings-and-prophets/ Sun, 28 Feb 2016 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2016-of-kings-and-prophets/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2015-showreel/ Thu, 08 Oct 2015 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2015-showreel/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2015-quarx/ Thu, 24 Sep 2015 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2015-quarx/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2013-fly-away/ Wed, 19 Feb 2014 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2013-fly-away/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2013-challenger-disaster/ Tue, 01 Jan 2013 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2013-challenger-disaster/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2011-mad-buddies/ Thu, 24 Nov 2011 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2011-mad-buddies/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2009-toby/ Sat, 31 Oct 2009 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2009-toby/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2009-great-white-bear/ Fri, 03 Jul 2009 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2009-great-white-bear/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2008-florian/ Tue, 01 Jan 2008 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2008-florian/
More to come soon…
https://vermaak.tv/work/2007-toby/ Mon, 01 Jan 2007 00:00:00 +0200 https://vermaak.tv/work/2007-toby/
More to come soon…
